  1. Physician responsiveness.

To determine physician responsiveness, one measure of quality, we asked respondents to rate their usual physician on six dimensions of care: providing all of the information you want, being accessible by phone or in person, spending enough time with you, knowing you and your concerns, listening to you, and treating you with dignity and respect. In general, responses to questions about time and access by phone or in person were the least likely to receive strong positive ratings. A majority of respondents in all five countries rated their physician as excellent or very good on each.
fijaros como todos consideraron o excelente o muy buena la atencion de sus medicos de atención primaria. Satisfaccion alta.
